An original watercolor portrait of a special home, small business location or special place can make a wonderful and distinct gift whether presented to a family member, friend, business associate or even to yourself.  I take pride in creating a creative image of any home, business, church, or other building to help commemorate a special event, place, or memory.

The process is easy to begin – simply photograph the home, other building or view you want to capture.  If the portrait is to be of a building, take photos from several different angles – some should be up close and some from farther away.  Angled  views generally work best since shadows and perspective enhance the final results (see examples of my work at left.)   The more photos you provide, the better job I can do.  If the portrait location is near Huntsville, Alabama, I will use a combination of on-site sketches and photos for the basis of the portrait.   Digital photos can be emailed to the address below.

The completed portrait will be matted and/or framed to suit the colors in the artwork or your special request.  Delivery is included in the Huntsville area.  Actual shipping charges and a nominal handling fee will be added for out of town delivery.  See the pricing information for size and price options.  Other sizes and framing options will be quoted upon request.   Multiple Glicee' prints on Arches watercolor paper are also available of any original painting.  Call the number or email using the link below for more information!
